We are seeking a talented and energetic Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales and Marketing team with managing integrated marketing projects, campaign execution, and overall brand positioning. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the success of NRI helping to grow our brands strength and awareness through the sharing of our story. Through consistent and creative efforts, you will help to capture the attention of prospective clients, and talent, to join us on our journey.

This position works to promote NRIs brand message and values through PR and social marketing. The Marketing Coordinator will work directly with our Marketing Manager and will also interact directly with other internal teams, outside agencies, clients, and vendors as needed. You will play a fundamental role at NRI by serving as the primary foundation of support in the marketing of NRIs services, as well as NRI as a premium employer. This position provides you with the opportunity to gain an in-depth knowledge in the strategy and execution of marketing campaign launches and promotions.

The right person for this role is very comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment and possesses a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and handle multiple projects concurrently. This person should have a robust attention to detail and the ability to analyze and interpret data to derive insights. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude and a ONE TEAM mentality with a hunger to learn more! You are comfortably independent but also embrace collaboration and working within a dynamic and energetic team. A sense of humor is additionally welcomed and a love for dogs doesnt hurt.

This position will be located in Los Angeles, CA.

The Must Haves:

  • 3+ years experience in a marketing role
  • Experience in content marketing and across all social media platforms (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)
  • Must have proficiency with third-party add-ins such as Canva, Later, and Google Analytics
  • Must have working knowledge of WordPress, for website updates and blog
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point, and a willingness to learn new platforms
  • Must be proficient Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary

Things You Will be Doing

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in the development of marketing campaigns including developing launch strategy, key art and digital development, promotions and working with all cross-functional teams to ensure goals are being met.
  • Aid in tracking the success of current and recent marketing campaigns sharing results, key learnings and insights that can be applied to future executions
  • Execute marketing campaigns including creative production (may involve print, interactive, social or other channels) and final execution, all while meeting deadlines and having strong project communication.
  • Write and edit copy for newsletters, press releases, presentations, social content, articles, creative briefs, and relationship building programs.
  • Support new ways to amplify our brand in new and established markets
  • Perform quality assurance, including proofing copy and content; checking for brand compliance; testing digital workflows and forms.
  • Schedule social media posts on third party software.
  • Build reports and communicate results highlighting specific impact of marketing efforts
  • Manage corporate website blog, news updates and improvements
  • Other activities as required

Social Media Focus

  • Plan, post and promote online content on social media and professional platforms
  • Share content from other sources, comment on posts, and moderate guest or member posts
