Were seeking a strategic and creative Head of Marketing to drive the development and execution of comprehensive, 360-degree marketing strategies across brand pillars: content, campaigns, community, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully building brands from the ground up and amplifying brand recognition through cohesive national/global campaigns, events, and stunts. The successful candidate will have the skills and experience to balance creative ideas with brand/business objectives and target audiences in mind. Success will be measured by the candidates ability to enhance brand favorability and increase category share of voice across all channels.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree integrated marketing strategies across brand pillars: content, campaigns, community, and more, that align with the brands mission and values
  • Manage end-to-end 360 campaigns, from ideation to execution, through clear cross-functional communication, timeline, and budget oversight
  • Enhance brand story cohesion and visual communication at every customer interaction, creating a seamless experience across all touchpoints
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team, encouraging fresh ideas and approaches for impactful campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and iterate for continuous improvement

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about the fashion industry and in sync with Gen Z culture; have a deep understanding of Ciders aesthetics and identify areas for improvement
  • Attuned to current events, pop culture, trends, and user preferences; adept at identifying and leveraging new trends/partnerships for brand benefit across 360-degree campaigns
  • Experienced in leading a 2C brand (or marketplace) from 0 to 1 and beyond, with a strong focus on campaign execution
  • Capable of managing and coaching team members while remaining receptive to feedback and ideas; able to disagree and commit
  • Creative and multifaceted, with a talent for storytelling through multimedia and a deep understanding of the digital landscape; proven success in collaborating with media teams to balance brand and performance objectives in 360 campaigns
  • A quick learner with a sharp mind, able to adapt swiftly to a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with (or at) a creative agency and/or internal creative team to deliver compelling, best-in-class creative content and campaigns
  • Successful track record of launching 360-degree brand campaigns at a $5M+ scale
  • A problem solver who thrives in a high-growth startup environment
  • Excellent written and organizational skills; able to prioritize tasks and effectively communicate priorities to stakeholders

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships, leveraging collaboration to enhance brand visibility and drive campaign success
  • Experience managing growing social channels and communities for consumer brands
  • Expertise in public relations, including crafting compelling narratives, managing media relationships, and securing impactful coverage for campaigns and brand initiatives
