Responsibilities
Assist project manager with organizing and delegating projects to graphic design team Assist with creating print & digital graphics
– experience with adobe creative cloud or canva major plus Assist with copywriting for social media, email, sms, and other marketing materials Assist project manager in creating monthly content calendar for retail and corporate initiatives Manage scheduling & posting across all social media platforms while focusing on community management with an emphasis on engagement Ensure marketing department is meeting all deadlines and all projects are executed in an accurate and timely manner Compile reports and analyze data on marketing initiatives to ensure we are on track to meet set marketing and sales goals Conduct industry research as requested Ensure our communications and messaging across all channels are in alignment with our mission and brand identity Update, maintain and organize assets, information, files and materials
Requirements
:
Must be at least 21 years of age Entry level marketing position; recent college graduates encourage to apply Strong attention to detail and organization is a must Exceptional organizational and follow-thru skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously Knowledge of cannabis or experience in industry major plus Someone who is comfortable wearing a lot of hats with a can-do approach to all assigned tasks, no task is too big or small Adaptable & able to swiftly respond to shifting priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated experience writing informative, engaging, and persuasive content is required.
Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team-focused environment.
Photography & graphic design experience required
