Location: Los Angeles, CA (Downtown Los Angeles – Onsite/Hybrid)
FLSA: Full-time, Exempt
Working Hours: 9am-6pm 

OVERVIEW:
A global IT company with advanced technologies is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their growing team. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for building and managing effective marketing automation campaigns that drive acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through the company’s funnels and customer lifecycles.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT ARE LIMITED TO: 
•             Perform the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and communication. 
•             Establish, maintain and optimize scalable automated marketing programs.
•             Collaborate with sales teams to develop quality email marketing contents for including email templates, marketing landing pages, social media posts, videos, e-books, infographics, presentation decks, and webinars. 
•             Manage data workflows, and email automation with Marketo.
•             Execute competitive market research to identify the company’s target audience and industry best practices.
•             Measure the campaign performance by tracking and analyzing metrics (example: email open, click-through, and conversion rate).
•             Work with the company’s management to develop the growth-wide lifecycle marketing strategy and planning that are in line with business objectives, specifically in accordance with the overall lifecycle and marketing automation strategy.
•             Attend company and industry events to support the company’s marketing efforts as needed.
•             Other duties and projects as requested by Management.


QUALIFICATIONS
•             Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
•             2+ years of experience in marketing.
•             Bilingual in Japanese and English (reading/writing/ speaking).
•             Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (PowerPoint) and marketing tools (example: Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, WordPress, Power BI, Tableau). 
•             HTML, CSS, template scripting, SQL, and other technical skills plus. 
•             Demonstrated automation marketing campaign experience (preferably in technology or business service industry) preferred.
