This position is highly administrative and brings organization to marketing processes that involve multiple (sometimes global) points of input.

This person will work proactively with key stakeholders to identify and coordinate necessary marketing assignments for the organization.Job Model: Fully RemoteHybrid positions will require employees to work both on-site and remote each week under a schedule that has been determined and agreed upon by you and your manager.

On-Site positions will require employees to work on-site for each of their scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities
· Manages external vendor relationships for outsourced activities
· Work cross-functionally within Chesterton marketing to develop and manage content and ensure accurate development of content as it relates to current and future project objectives
· Establish repeatable processes and best practices for integrated marketing development and management in the pursuit of marketing excellence across all platforms
· Takes leading role in identifying needs and activities which fill in marketing gaps
· Highly administrative in nature and assists department with administrative support as needed including, but no limited to:
· Purchase Requisitions
· Maintaining Work Request Site/Traffic Management
· Advertising calendar
· Vendor management
· Sending/receiving jobs
· Coordinating payment needs
· Tracking expenses
· Product Launch coordination
· Print on Demand Management Complexity of Duties
· Works independently and with only general direction
· Contacts are both internal and external at all levels of the organization
· Ability to manage confidential information
· Must be self-directed and proactive in working ahead of tasks/projects for completion
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Education and/or Experience
· Associates Degree or commensurate experience
· 2 years related experience
· Equivalent combination of education and experience Other Skills and Abilities
· Strong PC skills i.e.; MS Office, Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
· Experience with Photoshop is preferred
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Ability to create reports and composes correspondence to internal and external customers
· Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
