Social Media Coordinator-FINESSE
About the Role
As our social media coordinator, you will be partnering with the social media manager to ideate and execute an innovative and viral online presence on all social media channels for FINESSE. You will support the social team’s efforts to achieve weekly, monthly and annual goals on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and all emerging platforms. You will be building and maintaining relationships with some of the dopest influencers and content creators & will work cross-functionally with our design/creative team to help with our video & photo shoots to create captivating social content, cementing us as the new age brand.
About You
You are very socially up-to-date, detail-oriented, have an amazing Gen-Z focused tone of communication and can be all of our content creators’ and communities’ best friends. You are an absolute self-starter that gives things a go and implements new structures independently, but also knows how to ask for help and loves a good challenge to get yourself unstuck with creative solutions. You love working with a creative, super fast-paced team and can effectively work alongside an agile workforce.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Publish content to social media platforms that will include Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging social platforms
- Monitor and engage in brand-related conversations with the FINESSE community
- Participate in brainstorming new, creative approaches to social media campaigns
- Follow competitor trends, hashtags, UGC, and consistently be on the lookout for new potential partners for partnerships & content creation
- Share weekly updates of social KPIs and statistics and analyze them to devise new strategy and opportunities

- Proficiency in creative programs or in-app editing (Capcut, InShot, etc.)
