They are currently looking for a Head of Demand Generation to be an early member of the Marketing team.
This person will play a key role in driving hypergrowth and will own the strategy and execution of demand generation initiatives, while building the team and necessary toolset to support our goals.
The broad demand generation initiatives include multi-channel marketing campaigns, event marketing, account-based marketing, paid advertising, and others.
This is a highly visible and collaborative role, where you’ll be working closely with Sales, Sales Development, and the rest of the Marketing team to achieve our pipeline targets.
They are looking for B2B demand generation leader with a proven track record of meeting aggressive growth targets and building high-performing teams.
Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation initiatives including multi-touch campaigns, events, account-based marketing, and paid advertising.
Partner with the Sales leadership team to create a holistic and coordinated strategy for both inbound and outbound lead generation.
Identify KPIs, report on progress across demand generation initiatives, and implement necessary changes to meet targets.
Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content Marketing to develop effective and engaging content tailored to personas, use cases, and industries.
Implement and manage the demand generation tech stack.
Define hiring priorities, recruit, and manage a high-performing team.
Run experiments of new demand generation initiatives to help drive growth.
