Position: Field Sales and Marketing Representative Reports to: Sales Director Location: Los Angeles/Orange County Essential We are looking for our first Field Sales & Marketing Representative who will be the face and voice of Ritual for the South Pacific region. In this an entry level role, you will hit the ground running to visit Natural & Mass Stores in your market. Reporting into the Director of Sales, you will build relationships and educate store associates on communicating the value of our products helping them share product knowledge with customers as well as tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at launches and events. You will work with our sales team to achieve its marketing goals. You will have responsibilities as outlined above for a primary market (day trips), multiple secondary markets (drivable from a primary market but requiring overnight travel) as well as a tertiary market that will be visited with less frequency but may require air travel. While this is a remote role you must live in the Los Angeles metro area. What You’ll Do: Educate and engage store teams and consumers on the features and benefits of Ritual’s products Build meaningful relationships with store teams Create and commit to a monthly schedule of retail store visits in your market Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and written summaries Support in-store consumer sales/marketing events Overnight travel up to 35% of the time What You Need: You will need to have a valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle Excellent verbal and written communication skills Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks Who You Are: A passion and authenticity for the Ritual brand A people person who takes joy in helping others Previous experience in a retail environment Communication and empathy are key Manage time autonomously A person who enjoys being out in the field more that stuck behind a desk Compensation and Benefits: PAY RANGE: $40,000 – $66,000 Monthly reimbursement for Car Allowance and Cell Phone Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on several factors, which may include your skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications.
