Email Marketing Manager

Must-haves: -5 years’ experience in email and direct mail marketing -Strong analytical skills -Experience establishing and/or tracking marketing KPIs and ROIs -Experience with A/B testing and reporting -Experience with CRM systems and customer list segmenting and targeting -Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business-related field Day-to-Day: Insight Global is hiring an Email Marketing Manager for a large retail client in Charlotte, NC.

The Email Marketing Manager will partner with the Director of Product Marketing to build a new email marketing program.

They will manage all B2C direct marketing tactics including email and direct mail.

Responsibilities include ownership of all aspects of email marketing campaigns including verification of quality and derivable standards, analyzing, and ensuring email campaigns are brand consistent, enforcing email best practices, strategy development and implementation of sales techniques and establishing KPIs and ROIs.

Additionally, they will be responsible for tracking key marketing metrics (and continuously improving metrics) such as open rate, Click Thru Rate, Transaction Rates, Response rates, etc.

A successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in direct marketing and email marketing and proven experience working successfully with cross functional teams.

They will also possess great communication skills, creativity and work well in a fast-paced environment.
