This Role Will KBW has partnered with a Pre-IPO Life Sciences company in the Waltham area on a search for a Director of Investor Relations.
As the company continues to grow and expand into new markets, this is an exceptional time to join it’s IR Team.
This role will work with internal stakeholders as well as Investors and Analysts.
Partner with Executive leadership to develop strategy Deliver financial, corporate and product messages to investors and analysts Work collaboratively with Finance, R&D, Legal and Regulatory Affairs Partner with Finance reviewing quarterly results to ensure market expectations are in line with internal projections Lead development and delivery of communications to investment community Effectively manage communications and interactions along with Executive leadership to existing and potential shareholders Deliver clear and effective information to the market in the areas of financial results, forecasts, R&D, new products, and business development The Successful Candidate Will Have Bachelor Degree – MBA preferred 10 years of experience Experience in investor relations in a leadership role with a Public Company.
