Content Creator & Social Media Associate:
As the Social Media guru, youll have your finger on the pulse of todays rapidly evolving social landscape. You are equal parts creative and business savvy. You understand that good project management brings the best magic to life. You are comfortable in the details and ideating the next big idea. In the most basic terms, you will be responsible for actively telling and expanding upon the Onzie brand story while working with cross-functional teams to create content, build out editorial calendars, and drive customer engagement. You will also own and develop the affiliate, ambassador, and influencer programs.
THE ROLE:
- Develop strategy for social media channels including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Create, source, and plan timely content that engages current followers while reaching new target customers, including managing partnerships and giveaways
- Build out and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with brand voice and company initiatives
- Own organic content generation, strategy and execution
- Oversee and manage campaign planning, content calendars, publishing, reporting, and optimization across brand and collaborators social channels
- Shoot Behind the Scenes content on all photoshoots.
- Support prep for social content shoots as needed, such as reviewing shot lists against content calendar and organizing product shipments.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and tools to continue to evolve social strategy
- Manage the social community and create opportunities for dialogue with customers across channels
- Managing wholesale marketing projects
- Continually optimize social content, making real-time recommendations to help drive KPIs and program goals.
- Responsible for day-to-day analytics, including daily tracking of various social metrics such as followers, engagement, and conversation.
- Remains up to date on new technology, platform enhancements, macro trends and competitor activity to apply to strategic plans.
- In charge of maintaining and growing ambassador program. Taking full ownership of contact and outreach.
Social Media Qualifications
- 3+ years experience working in social media for an apparel & accessories brand
- Proven experience ideating and execution talent-centered campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in amplifying brand voice, mission, and vision through social media
- Extreme attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly moving environment
- 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, insights, community management and reporting
- Experience with social listening, publishing and reporting tools; Understanding and experience working with analytics and KPI tracking
- Must have advanced working knowledge of social intelligence across a variety of social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, Google Insights/Analytics, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and work well with cross functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Must have experience working directly with influential creators with a digital-first focus
- Experience working regularly with talent and their teams
- Can-do positive attitude and flexible with changes in the business and demands of fast-paced environment
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while remaining communicative
- Able to pitch and execute innovative, next level concepts quickly
- Experience within the fitness and/or fashion a plus
- Bachelors degree minimum
- Nice to have camera, video experience and editing
