Bar Marketing Platform Sales Ambassador

American Bars Inc. is looking to hire a District Sales Manager for Los Angeles. You will be responsible for hiring, training and guiding a growing sales team for the LA market.

You will get training on all American Bars B2B features and tools as well as on the B2C side to fully understand and provide education to your sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Interview and hire new sales ambassadors for the SoCal market.

– Develop and execute sales strategy to target prospects for the LA team.

– Monitoring sales team; tracking within CRM system.

– Provide product demonstration & training of our products and platform.

– Reach assigned sales goals with your team and provide support.

– Create and oversee sales strategies.

– Continually learn new product knowledge as we frequently customize and add to our system.

– Communicate with management regarding new offerings for potential add-on sales.

– Develop sales opportunities for sales team such as trade shows, festivals, networking events to reach out to bar owners and managers (for example: Nightclub & Bar Show)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

(Preference will be given to candidates who have the following)

– Involvement in the food & beverage industry or bar scene is a plus but not required.

– Goal-oriented and ambitious, with capacity and drive to reach and exceed quotas.

– Ability to provide training on how to handle cold calling, with assertive, positive and persistent style.

– Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written).

– Aptitude for acquiring sales skills and product knowledge.

– Organized, with effective time management skills.
