A global industrial equipment manufacturing company in the Houston, TX area is looking for an experienced bilingual Order Services Representative.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in data entry and customer service as well as some logistics.Responsibilities of the Order Services Representative may include but is not limited to:Service customer requirements for spare parts and repair needs through the Syteline order entry processing systemHandle general inquiries, quotes, order input, delivery and lead-time, assistance with shipping arrangements and negotiationsUse standard desktop applications such as Word, Outlook and Microsoft Excel and internet functionsMaintain accurate, up-to-date customer data as well as general administrative, field service and marketing supportRequirements of the Order Services Representative:2 years of college preferred (and 3 years of customer service experience desired)Hands-on experience in data entry, purchase order processing, invoicing and customer serviceBilingual fluency required (English/Spanish)
