Must be able to interact on a professional level with both customers and suppliers.
Continually develop knowledge relating to quality and testing processes.
Adhere to all company safety, operational and personnel policies, procedures and practices.
Perform APQP, PPAP and FAI activities as required.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
Minimum three (3) years manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access) .
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint knowledge is required.
Ability to work with cross functional teams (Engineering, Plant Engineering, Production, and other functions when required) to help resolve quality issues.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Detail oriented and high organization skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Self-Motivated and independent.
Ability to work hours and overtime as assigned.
Performs bending, twisting, reaching, climbing stairs, squatting throughout shift.
