M.W.M. which stands for My Worth Movement is a personal care line (candles and skincare) based out of Los Angeles, CA. We are seeking to expand our brand to the retail sector and are looking for a Manufacturer Sales Representative to build relationships with select retail buyers in the Southern California territory.

This is a generous, commission-based opportunity (1099 status) with no limit on what you earn. Commission is based on orders from leads and contacts you generate and your income is based entirely on the results you produce. You will also receive a commission on repeat sales.Flexible hours. You can work from your home office.

Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Garner repeat business from existing clientele in which case you will receive lifetime commission on each sale for as long as you are a sales contractor with our company
- Some customer visits may be required depending on client’s location (travel expenses upon mutual agreement will be reimbursable)
- Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:
- 1-3+ yrs of sales and/or cold calling experience, B2B experience a plus
- Would love to work with a Manufacturer Sales Representative who carries existing lines and would simply add our line to their portfolio but this is not a requirement
- Previous wholesale/mass retail/gift store industry experience (a plus but not required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, presentation)
- A professional demeanor & service-oriented
- Computer literacy/Knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
- A passion for sales
- A positive and energetic attitude
- The ability to work within a commission-only compensation structure
- Great organizational skills, self-motivated, deadline & detail-oriented
