Miscellaneous Help.

1.

ACCOUNTING FOR OUTBOUND RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Confirm all rental product is checked out before beginning to load outbound vehicle
Ensuring dock confirmation is performed on all outbound orders
Completing all required software documentation –done shipped etcetera
2.

ACCOUNTING FOR INBOUND RENTAL EQUIPMENT
Scanning in every case as it is of loaded
Scanning returned rental equipment into company asset software, NEXUS
Counting and entering “non-barcoded” quantities into company asset software, NEXUS (task)
3.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
Counting all inbound non-owned rental equipment.
Counting all inbound owned rental equipment.
Communicates with department head on all variances from company policy and processes.
Loading and unloading trucks.
Directing temporary labor
4.

FILLING DAILY ORDERS
Pull and fill all assigned orders ensuring equipment has been prepared to company standards.
Check-out all rental equipment on orders to company asset software, NEXUS, using either barcode scanner or manual data entry.
Accurately label cases with show information; order number, customer, date & show name.
Deliver rental product to appropriate staging area by the time and date indicated in company asset software, NEXUS.

MAINTAINING INVENTORY
Follow all official prep procedures to ensure equipment is maintained to Aspect Lighting standards.
Check equipment that does not pass prep standards into service.
Package and store equipment that is not immediately needed for rental.
Periodic inventory counts as required.
Inform supervisor of inventory inaccuracies

6.

MAINTAINING WORK AREA
Ensure all tools, machinery and supplies are returned to proper storage at the end of shift
Ensure rental product is stored in approved company packaging.
Clean and sanitize work station daily and common areas as assigned.

Remove recycling and waste to appropriate disposal area.
7.

MISCELLANEOUS HELP
Assisting in all other departments as directed by supervisor
Assisting with warehouse projects directed by supervisor
In this position have the opportunity to join the Joint Health and Safety Committee.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00
– $22.00 per hour
