We’re looking for:
- Someone who is passionate about advanced analytics and won’t rest until they’ve evolved our toolkit to consistently be the most leading edge in the industry.
- Someone who can and wants to lead product and methodology focused R&D, including expansion beyond primary research – and will lead analytical design, where needed in primary research projects too.
- Someone who will be the senior technical expert for project teams.
- You – if you are excited about overseeing and executing a variety of advanced analytics – from conjoint to discreet-choice modeling, market segmentations, structural equation modeling, look-a-like modeling, market simulators and any other cool stuff that has yet to be discovered!
- Someone who is excellent at managing projects from start to end.
- Folks who can see data and tell a story.
- Someone who can lead and mentor a team on every stage of the research process – who is both generous as a leader and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in.
- Someone with experience in pushing every aspect of the work to get the very best out of the process – leaving no stone unturned.
- Practitioners who love the work, and also want to build client relationships.
- Team players – we are stronger together – we like to work in groups.
- Curious minds, especially when it comes to finding solutions.
- Strategic brains – we’re problem solvers – harnessing the core question, bringing to life the research narrative, having an eye on the detail, and understanding the big picture are all musts.
- Strong communicators – written and verbal. Being able to find the right words to articulate the question, the story, and everything in between perfectly, is a really big deal for us.
- Someone with experience in any (or all) of our business areas – Media and Entertainment, Tech, Gaming and Lifestyle Brands – would be helpful, but if not, it’s not a deal breaker.
You’re going to need to have:
- At least 10 yrs experience in a related role at a research agency, an analytics firm, analytics or data science division of an ad agency or in a research and analytics capacity on the client side.
- A Bachelor’s degree in the Statistics, Social Sciences with a heavy quant emphasis or other specializations with quant leaning.
- Masters and Ph.D.s are great too!
- A pretty good handle on Microsoft Office. We use it a lot.
- A desire to live in LA or New York – that’s where we’ll be back to, when we can.
