Versa Products is seeking an experienced Shipping Clerk to join our team!
You will be joining a radically changing organization and will be highly instrumental in the day-to-day operations of the shipping team here at Versa Products.
We are primarily a metal fabricating facility, that will produce several hundred finished products per day.
Our manufacturing floor is 75,000 sq ft with some of latest technology in laser cutting and bending.
We design and produce the highest quality electric standing desk products in the industry.

Shipping Clerk: Team member is responsible for all outgoing orders.
He/she will ensure that every order is processed and verified with SAP order.
He/she will palletize and label all outgoing freight orders.
He/she is responsible to monitor inventory levels.
He/she will ensure that all processed paperwork is filed away for storage.
He/she will communicate with sales and customer service in regards to orders and replacements.
Job Duties
:
Prepare and print shipping labels Ensure orders are closed in SAP Ensure inventory counts Process and pack all replacements Palletize all ground shipments and load them in the trailer Communicate with Logistics Manager on inventory levels Cycle inventory to ensure older stock goes out first Assist with receiving when required Perform walkthroughs to ensure accuracy
Requirements
:
2 Years experience with UPS/Worldship/Shipstation/FedEx/FedEx Shipping Manager Detail oriented and organized Excellent time management skills Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Google Drive is a plus Excellent communication skills
