Requirements – 2 years direct BOH food service experience preferred. Ability to lift 50lbs Willingness to learn and be an active team member with ability to effectively communicate, follow instructions/recipes and complete tasks in a timely fashion. Base Rate: $15.00/hr to start (paid training). Raises based on aptitude upon completion of training to start. Meals, tips, referral bonuses and employee discounts offered. Tip pool: Generally additional $5-6/hour (depending on how many hours worked)
