Description: Our client is currently seeking a Researcher III

Position: Researcher III

Location: Playa Vista, CA

Duration: 6+ months Contract 

 

Job Description:  

Required Skills:

B.A./B.S. (completed) in Psychology, Sociology, Human Factors, HCI, or other fields emphasizing human behavior; M.A. / M.S. preferred.

At least 2-3 years of industry experience working with xfn partners.

Solid understanding of and comfort with qualitative methods and foundational research.

Solid understanding of research ethics.

Demonstrated understanding of the strengths and shortcomings of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during the product development process.

Experience producing multiple reporting artifacts for diverse stakeholders.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.

Excellent organization skills and detail-oriented.

 

Nice to have Skills (not required):

At least one year experience conducting research on enterprise-facing products or experiences.

Familiar with the gaming industry.

Experience working on video games or related experiences, or a strong intrinsic interest in video games.
