Employment Type: Full Time.We are now seeking a full-time Researcher/Sourcer to join our Exact Staff team! The Researcher will source a variety of professional and administrative staff for multiple job openings across several disciplines, which may include Medical, Administrative/Clerical, Warehouse/Light Industrial and Executive support.This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where excellence is the standard, hard work expected, learning shared and performance REWARDED.We are a thriving, privately owned, staffing firm based in California and we are looking for an experienced, intelligent, results-driven Researcher to serve in our office in Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize recruiting methods including maintaining a high daily activity level of at least 50 outbound calls per day; utilizing social media, organizing and executing ad hoc networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique methods to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc.
  • Build candidate pipelines of exceptional talent by identifying prospects through direct sourcing, web sourcing, networking, social media, user groups, research, events, tools, referrals and other creative tools and processes
  • Develop strong consultative relationships with prospects and candidates
  • Strategically approach and develop relationships with passive and hard to find talent, cultivating these relationships over time
  • Deliver diverse candidate pipelines for all positions
  • Act as a collaborative team member with the entire Exact Staff Team

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum two (2) years Customer Service/Call center is required and or Sales
  • Staffing experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Word also required.
  • The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service.
  • Must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
  • The ability to work independently, self-motivated.
  • A positive attitude and team player mentality.
  • A strong work ethic motivated by results.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) is highly desirable!
