What you’ll be doing:
The Sensis Strategy and Research team has an immediate opening for a Research Coordinator.

Sensis conducts a variety of qualitative and quantitative research studies that guide and inform our marketing and digital experience projects.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter and be able to work independently as well as on a small, inter-disciplinary team.

The role involves recruiting, coordinating, and managing complex research studies with multicultural, linguistically and geographically isolated, and hard-to-reach communities.

Interest and prior experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: qualitative research experience (e.g., interviews, focus groups); quantitative research (surveys), data analysis, designing and assessing marketing materials; user-centered design; multicultural marketing.

Coordinate recruitment activities and assist with data collection Coordinate and assist with various research projects Review published literature and assist with summarizing findings Assist with the development of qualitative and quantitative study data collection materials (e.g., interview guides, survey programming) Assist with data analyses Assist in managing moderately complex projects, including attending client and project meetings, and coordinating with project staff Manage correspondence and project communication Contribute to project progress reports, deliverables, timelines, and budgets Contribute as needed to proposals and business development activities Perform work with moderate supervision from mid
– and senior-level staff Work with program manager on project staffing needs and project workload Other responsibilities as assigned What you’ll bring along:
Experience working in highly collaborative, integrated teams at mid-size advertising agencies
BS/BA degree Ability to work on multidisciplinary teams Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to manage multiple priorities Highly organized Excellent writing skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills Excellent attention to details Foundation in qualitative or quantitative research Multi-lingual preferred (Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese speakers) Where: Los Angeles, Austin, Atlanta, or Washington D.C.
