Data Entry Clerk Part-Time

SUMMARY The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with Manager to support the Department with contacting members and filing documents.

Other duties will also be assigned to balance work load between the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Confirm orders via telephone (Set in person appointment or collect necessary information to ship approved supplies).

Scan & upload delivery tickets to patient records.

Scan various Durable Medical Equipment (DME) documents to file in DME data base.

Complete compliance surveys for dispensed supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have good telephone customer service and 50-60 wpm accurate typing skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School diploma or higher education.

Office work in Healthcare industry preferred, DME experience a plus.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations and other employees of the organization.

Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.

EQUIPMENT USED Telephone, desk top computer, office printer & scanner, and handling of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) supplies.
