Primary Responsibility / Summary

Goodwill seeks a IT Office Clerk to support the IT Team and IT office administration. The Office Clerk manages Goodwill’s mobile devices, purchases all IT equipment and maintains the office filing systems. The clerk is also responsible for ensuring all invoices are accurate and submitted for payment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processes IT invoices prior to submission, ensures coding accuracy and correct department allocations.
  • Maintains records of computer and telephone allocations for the IT Department, including inventory and barcoding process.
  • Maintains all company associated mobile devices including deployment, contracts, troubleshooting and decommissioning.
  • Oversees accountability for IT mobile equipment assigned to employees.
  • Maintains all aspects of the purchasing process for IT equipment and supplies. Includes but not limited to quoting, receiving/delivery, inventory management, vendor relationships, records management and purchase approvals.
  • Maintains the office filing systems.

Education and Experience

  • 2 years of general office/clerical experience required, office manager experience in IT environment preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Must be proficient with computer programs in a Windows environment, including Word, Excel, and E-mail.
  • Excellent people and communication skills required.
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and state-required auto insurance.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Punctual and dependable attendance.
  • Free from alcohol and drug abuse.
  • Understands the basic philosophy of Goodwill and participates fully in carrying out its mission.
  • Adheres to Goodwill’s values of Respect, Integrity, Service, & Excellence.
