Job Description

Cinelease’sBilling Specialist is responsible for providing customer service and billing needs to accounts that require more specialized attention from time of billing until the receivable is paid. The Billing Clerkensures that Special Billing Account Customers receive accurate billed invoices in a timely manner. This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail to ensure contract compliance and help promote long-term business relationships with our customers and Internal Business Partners. Effective Communication skills and the ability to discern accounts with cash flow issues are critical in obtaining account resolutions and to minimize revenue exposure. Billing and Collection procedures have been developed to provide a systematic way of managing accounts while also retaining our customer’s loyalty and driving successful business results.

Responsibilities

Ensures timely and accuracy billing of customer accounts to include National Account (NARP) invoices to ensure contract compliance.

Proactively initiate customer contacts, provide invoice copies, update POs, documentation and other activities required to ensure payment on past due invoices.

Process billing adjustments and customer discrepancies with a sense of urgency.

Take proactive measures to address and bring material changes to department heads regarding financial position of customers.

Maintain relationships with Internal and External customers to drive efficiencies in processes.

Assist in projects, process improvements, and other collection related tasks as identified by management.

Professional Experience

Two Years work experience utilizing business math and decision making skills

Prior customer billing related experience

One year Credit and Collection experience
