– Friday, standard business hours Location: Remote, any timezone is ok Hourly rate: $50.00/hour Start date: Mid-to-end of November Background check required prior to the start date Weekly pay and benefits provided by AQUENTYOUR JOB:As a UX Researcher, you will work on a 6-month project focused primarily on analyzing generative research that informs long-term strategy.
You’ll act as an investigative journalist to learn the story behind a user’s experience for a foundational project that will inform the work of many cross-functional teams.
The first 3 months of this contract will primarily focus on conducting analysis from existing interviews and creating deliverables to showcase the results of this.
The second half of this contract will focus on helping the team socialize this research through roadshows, email campaigns, workshops, and coordination on the creation of assets that will be distributed across digital and physical means.Your primary responsibilities would include: Analyzing complex data sets of qualitative data to recommend clear actions with supporting evidence Executing on socialization strategies to evangelize research outputs for different audiences across Indeed Collaborating closely with other researchers, content designers, and project managers to ensure that the socialization strategy is executed in a timely manner Collaborating with stakeholders and vendors on the creation of digital and physical design assets that will be used for research socialization Supporting the lead project researcher and team manager in driving change through excellent storytelling to communicate research findings that are convincing and actionable for UX, research, product, marketing, and engineering audiences Coordinating and participating in research activation workshopsWHO YOU ARE:A strong candidate for this role will have: 1 years of hands-on experience conducting user experience research at either a research agency or on the client-side.
Strong at conducting analysis and synthesis Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with regular context-switching and ability to manage multiple project tasks while remaining organized and providing regular updates on progress Self-managing and self-motivating in complex and ambiguous environments An undergraduate degree or higher in business, social sciences, computer science, or a similar field Project portfolio that showcases process must be providedABOUT US:We are a research team focused on conducting strategic research to help us get a deep understanding of small and medium business users.
