Our growing and friendly team is located in Boston, within the vibrant Seaport District.

We’re building a therapeutic discovery engine to support our pipeline of next generation cell-targeted biologics for the treatment of autoimmune, allergic, and other inflammatory diseases.We are looking for a talented Research Associate at the BS/MS level (recent graduates are welcome to apply if you meet the requirements outlined below) to join a passionate Immunology team with the unified goal to provide novel biologic therapies across a variety of immune-mediated diseases.

The position is lab-based and will work closely with colleagues in immunology, and the biologics platform team to support Seeker’s pre-clinical programs through the design, execution, and interpretation of in-vitro, and ex-vivo assays.

Responsibilities:Design, develop, qualify, and perform assays, analyze data with the appropriate statistical analyses to support target and drug selection, and follow up validation studiesMaintain accurate electronic experimental record and contribute to relevant sections of discovery reports, patents and manuscripts as appropriateInterpret and communicate experimental results to internal and external stakeholders in a clear and scientifically rigorous fashion Requirements:BS or MS in biology, biomedical sciences, or a related subject requiredExperience in primary cell culture and in-vitro functional cell-based assaysExperience with proteomics and molecular biology methods (e.G.

ELISA, WB, RNA isolation) is requiredGoal oriented, organized, capable of working on multiple projects, and able to execute to timelines that meet company goalsWilling and eager to learn new techniques and skillsCollaborative, works well in a cross functional team environment, both independently as well as be willing to help others to meet project goalsPreferred Qualifications:Strong background in immunology, fibrosis biology a plusExperience with immune cell isolation and differentiationExperience with multi-color flow cytometry, and gene expression profilingSpecial consideration will be given to candidates with extensive expertise in medium/high throughput screening and complex assay development in a biotech or pharma setting
