In addition, this position provides network technology development and support services, as well as desktop support for faculty, administration, classrooms, and computer labs.

Qualifications At least two years working in an information technology services function of an academic institution, non-profit organization, or commercial business operation, providing media support and customer support services.
Understanding of computer hardware, software, and network environments, including media management solutions EducationBachelor’s degree required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong organizational skills, technical knowledge including knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems, familiarity with MS Office applications and other Albertus technical solutions.
Experience with video/audio production and editing tools such as Adobe Premier.
Highly professional, customer oriented, and able to prioritize task demands, with an understanding of IT, networking concepts, and media technology experience.
Special Work Schedule Requirements Partially desk work in an office environment and partially installation and configuration work in the field, including visits to satellite campus locations.
Involves lifting of computer and audio/visual equipment.
Schedule of work may include some evenings and weekends to cover special events.
