Sr. Project Manager – 6 months + project The Project Manager is responsible for providing program management and business analysis support for two parallel initiatives. This position is accountable for ensuring that 1) a current data protection capability and hardware is decommissioned correctly, 2) requirements are researched, collected and documented for a cloud access security broker (CASB) that are in line with existing company data protection and information security policies and standards, and 3) base configuration and functionality for a cloud access security broker based are evaluated and prioritized. bull Plans must be created, reviewed and communicated bull Progress must be tracked and reporting produced and maintained bull Project risks and issues must be documented, tracked and escalated In addition, the Project Manager will support and collaborate with teams engaged in privacy, compliance and data protection initiatives throughout TWDC technology and security organization. Responsibilities for the Role bull Project management oversight o Develop and maintain Work Plans o Develop and maintain Communication Plans to inform stakeholders, engage key resources and publish status o Review, communicate and execute the plans o Track progress of action items, decision, issues and risks o Ensure that project communications passing through the approved communication channels, following the established protocols o Organize and manage project folderssites by maintaining relevant project documentation, deliverables, status reports and other project artifacts bull Collaborate with Sr Manager and Tech Lead to plan work, drive action, identify and address processdatachange management and communication needs or issues bull Plan, schedule, prepare for, lead and participate in project meetings bull Facilitate work sessions, as needed, to document requirements, minutes, action items bull Collect and document the current state requirements and policy options bull Handle internal use and confidential information with discretion bull Evaluate cloud access security broker pilot test and document results Knowledge of Data Protection, Privacy, and other related processes bull Experience and understanding of cloud access security broker solutions bull Knowledge and understanding of cloud computing service terminology bull Ability to navigate complex business and organization structure to achieve end results bull Experienced and successful in prior project management engagements bull Strong understanding of projectprogram management principals bull Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills bull Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and be proactive in solving problems bull Ability to work discretely with sensitive data information bull Previous experience in Microsoft Office with O365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio, specifically proficiency creating and maintaining spreadsheets, presentation decks and process workflows bull Energetic, customer facing, and solution focused bull Strong verbal and written communication skills.
