Software Engineering Manager – Front End / Mobile

We are working on patent pending video processing algorithms for use by builders to automate their photo capturing system.
We need a Front End & Mobile Engineering Manager to lead and grow our current team of 6.

You will report directly to our Co-Founder and be responsible for owning all aspects of our web and mobile applications in React and React Native.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead and build out a Front End and Mobile Engineering team working in React/React Native Oversee the day-to-day operations of two engineering teams (6 direct reports) Train, mentor, and perform coding reviews for two engineering teams
What You Need for this Position
2+ years of experience managing engineering teams (of at least 4) building software 6+ years of Front End software development experience (Must have React experience) Experience managing Mobile Engineers Outstanding communication skills and ability to coach engineers to ship high quality, maintainable, and well-tested code in a high-velocity environment
