As the Software Engineer and Dogecoin Ninja, you are responsible for:
Enhancing the client + user experience at S+B through bettering current systems (S+B app, website, Shopify ECommerce) and infrastructure. Building new and interesting products through autonomy and freedom in creation and maintaining + fixing existing products and systems.
These core responsibilities are intended to achieve the following results
As the Software Engineer, you’re driven to support the growth and business needs of Sugared + Bronzed through
- Website Enhancement- proficient with Shopify custom development + comfortable working with AWS, multitude of public and private APIs
- App Maintenance + Enhancements (built in Swift ), using AWS + booking software API (booker)
- Setup and tracking for FaceBook Pixel and Google AdWords in collaboration with Marketing
- Front end design (buttons, drop downs, things that don’t look like Windows 95)
- Working with Marketing to identify optimal user experience + build out
- Working with the Client Experience Team to identify client issues and troubleshooting
- Building out and maintaining the S+B app
- Connecting and managing the S+B Ecommerce site via S+B Website + Shopify
- Connecting Data Warehouse to Systems
Some (but not all) of the actions you’ll take to achieve meaningful results are:
- Setting up website and app to accept DogeCoin for service and product payment
- Creating and implementing a self checkout flow for clients via S+B App and mobile
- Building appointment booking flow for web development
- Rebuilding mobile app
- Building online booking flow for website (booking without being redirected from website)
- Creating 5 new mind blowing ideas surrounding engineering
About You
- 3-5 years of development experience
- Interested in the blend of digital and physical design (bringing tech into the real world – bits into atoms)
- Experience with basic front end design
- Out of the box thinking
- Comfortable with autonomy in a self-directed environment without a ton of structure
- Creative freedom in problem solving as you see fit
