- Modernizing the platform, re-platforming it to run on cloud, and architecting for scale
- Implementing new and expanding existing business capabilities within the platform working with Portfolio Management, Account Management, Product Management, and Operations
- Run the development organization, motivating teams, operating with scale and speed to inspire and lead others.
- Develop and maintain a forward-looking roadmap of deliverables that is prioritized with key stakeholders
- Ensure team s deliveries meets technology standards and SDLC
- Recruit, develop, and retain top technology talent
- Manage day to day operations of the platform
- Foster relationships with the Technical Operations team to ensure effective monitoring tools are in place.
- Partner with infrastructure and cloud teams to ensure plant is appropriately sized and efficient
- Ensure timely response and resolution of production issues
- Ensure all cyber-security related issue and requirements are resolved
- Partner with wider technology team to leverage existing solutions and help develop new shareable solutions
- Contribute technology leadership and engineering councils

Position Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Investment Management systems, 5+ working in a Managed Accounts business, and 5+ leading technology teams
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work well with technology and business colleagues
- Proven ability to deliver solutions providing incremental value while iterating towards strategic platform goals
- Software engineering experience leveraging cloud, along with an understanding of modern design practices
- Experience with C#, Java, and Python
- Experience with AWS and CICD environments
