A Southern-California University system is expanding it’s information security department. This Senior Security Engineer will be working hands-on to secure the entire university system and prevent future threats and mitigate any vulnerabilities. This hire will lead project planning activities for standardizing IT security architecture, solution administration, and processes that improve the security posture of the organization. Additionally, this hire should be an expert in any 3 of the 4 following areas Encryption (TLS, modern encryption standards), Firewalls (Palo Alto, etc.), Networking (Cisco, VPN, TCPIP, and strong fundamentals), or Sys Admin (WindowsLinux, Server Admin, System Hardening).
