You must possess a strong knowledge of web application development using PHP programming language and MySQL databases.
You need to be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, good problem solving abilities, and an attention to deal.
Responsibilities
Perform maintenance on our website and customer portal Implement & test new features & enhancements based on a specification Monitor performance, fix bugs, and make recommendations for improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years’ of experience in web development and software design Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and PHP frameworks Experience with MySQL databases Experience with source control and branching tools, i.e.
Git.
Familiarity with FileMaker would be beneficial, but not required.
Job Type/Compensation:
Part-time contract work, approximately 12-16 hours/week Rate of pay is $30-40/hour, depending on experience
