Job SummaryAECOM is actively seeking a highly talented, energetic technology minded MS 365 SharePoint Online Developer for immediate employment within the US.
The position will report to the Environment Technology Services department and support both internal and external clients across multiple business lines including Environment, Transportation, and Water.
This position will support a wide variety of AECOM projects that require SharePoint site and Teams development, site design, site collection administration, and end user support.
The position is also responsible for building new or enhancing existing SharePoint Online and Teams applications with use of Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
A successful candidate will work both independently and in close coordination with other developers, analysts, AECOM technical staff, project teams and clients to develop, deploy and support SharePoint Online solutions critical to successful project delivery.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Managing/coordaining any or all aspects of SharePoint or Teams site developments.Communicating and collaborating with project managers, project teams, clients, and other stakeholders to understand and document SharePoint and Teams site requirements.Developing mockups and prototypes of sites as well as presenting possible design solutions that meet the stated requirements.Designs, develops, and manages production SharePoint Online and Teams sites on internal or external facing systems (including client-based tenants).Uses Power Platform tools to build functionality and automate processes that improve project efficiency and data quality.Develop and manage Power BI integrated dashboards and reports.Manages permission groups for user access and supports end user troubleshooting.Creates well organized, user-friendly sites and sub-sites using HTML, web parts, and CSS.Applies versioning, document sets, and custom content types appropriately to support project requirements for document control.Provides database application support using MS Access, SQL/Azure SQL.Coordinates with AECOM IT to resolve issues or address technical requirements.Works efficiently and effectively both independently and within a project team.At AECOM, we’re delivering a better world.We believe infrastructure creates opportunity for everyone.

– driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Programming, Application Development, or related field.6 years of relevant professional experience in M365, SharePoint site development, programming, administration, and management.Due to the nature of this work, U.S.
citizenship is required.Preferred QualificationsDemonstrated Project Management Experience or PMP certification.Experienced with M365, SharePoint Online, Teams.Experienced with SharePoint administration including site collections, sites, pages, custom lists, content types, security/Azure AD groups & roles, and PowerShell.Knowledgeable working with Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate (including Power Automate desktop flows).Demonstrated some experience working with MS Access, SQL/Azure SQL.Demonstrated some experience using JavaScript/jQuery, .NET, Ruby on Rails, Python and/or object-oriented programming.Demonstrated some experience working with Azure & API calls.Demonstrated some experience with MS Dataverse.Familiarity with O365 licensing familiarity.Strong writing, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.Microsoft accreditation.Additional Information:Relocation support is not available for this position.Telecommute position with geographic flexibility (must be in the US).Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to provide the following compensation and benefits information for positions that may be performed in Colorado:Offered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
