Salesforce Administrators ensure that their Salesforce expertise translates into optimized sales department operations.*Responsibilities of the Salesforce Administrator:** Assist all departments and end-users with Salesforce Support* Develop and oversee custom reports and dashboards* Work with leadership to implement in-house brand promotions* Familiarity with custom objects, and assist with a price book, product, and pricing changes* Use of data loader and data import wizard for mass updates* Implement approval processes and validation rules in SFDC* Interact with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and improve processes* Work simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases* Perform other duties as assigned*Requirements of the Salesforce Administrator:** Associates degree or equivalent experience, Bachelor’s degree preferred* 2+ years of salesforce.com system account management* Capable of communicating effectively in a concise, professional manner at the executive level* Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, manipulating large data sets)Our client is a leader in the tech world and in need of a new Salesforce Administrator to join their growing team.Competitive Compensation
