We are currently seeking a Software Engineer to join our team. This individual will participate in the development of Soothe’s wellness platform. This is a great opportunity to work with a small, high-performance engineering team and grow your technical skills on a large-scale global application.
What You’ll Do
? Develop robust, scalable, and secure features, with a focus on backend and APIs
? Collaborate with the product team and other team members and participate at all stages of the development lifecycle
? Participate in the architecture and design; many big initiatives on the roadmap for 2021 & 2022

Basic Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent training and experience
? 5+ years of experience in ROR development
? Experience with Ruby on Rails, as well as with common libraries like RSpec and Resque/Sidekiq
? Proficient with code versioning tools including Git/Github
? Strong ability to write great, simple, clean, and efficient code
? Strong focus on quality
Preferred Experience
? Marketplace and/or on-demand industry experience
? Working in a remote environment

? Experience working with an off-shore team
