Keadjian Associates, a strategic communications and management consulting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area, is seeking a full-time, experienced project manager.
The candidate should possess at least three years of experience as a project manager.

The position requires working from the agency’s Walnut Creek office.
(Due to COVID-19, staff are currently working from home and conducting interviews remotely.) Responsibilities: Manage project development from project initiation to closure Create project plans, including scope, goals, roadmaps, deliverables, and required resources Create high-quality project status materials (e.g., flowcharts, trackers, presentations) Track and report on project management milestones and status updates Draft high-quality, client-ready materials Counsel clients on project management scope, structure and approaches Work with in-house graphic design team to brainstorm visual treatments to enhance materials Anticipate issues and proactively offer solutions to ensure flawless planning and execution Develop tools and best practices for project management Manage issues internally, escalate as needed, recommend solutions, and provide visibility of issues and resolution Help drive client calls and team coordination meetings Facilitate internal and external status meetings Qualifications: 3 years of experience in project management Experience at a consulting firm or strategic communications is preferred Excellent project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment switching seamlessly between multiple projects, turning things around in record time Pay close attention to the crucial details (i.e., accuracy of data, consistency of language) Strong writing and editing skills Superb interpersonal and communication skills Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directions with minimal supervision Highly motivated self-starter who can also work collaboratively Skilled in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Office, and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree required Interested candidates should submit a resume.
