Balance loads and communicate with appropriate personnel when complete.

Run scheduled reports, statements, files, and distribute the same meeting client deadlines.

Tally monthly report billing information.

Support Account teams for data queries, files, special reports, client requests, etc.

Understand complexRequirements for some projects.Willing to work hours to get the job done; including afterhours and weekends as requiredOutstanding data analysis skills, including the ability to find the source of problems and to devise and communicate solutionsStrong written, verbal and interpersonal skills and able to work in a team environmentCapability to work closely with Management Team in order to meet client needs and to resolve issues regarding vendors, dealers and other relationshipsMust be able to interpret client requests and extract, manipulate, format and present data leading to meaningful conclusionsMust be able to understand existing relational data and extremely complex business rulesSECTION III: JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONSEDUCATION:B.S.

in Computer Science, MIS, or related field of study, or relevant experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Access) including the ability to design queries, import and export files, troubleshoot and analyze data.

EXPERIENCE: (classroom experience accepted for junior positions)Having worked in a professional environment Relational databases and SQL server.

VBA or C# programming knowledge strongly preferred.

Form building, process design and workflow in MS Access.Experience programming and troubleshooting using Visual Basic for Applications and using SQL objects to query and manage information.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONSUnderstand and work comfortably with peers, management, supervisors, and other staff.

Support staff and help staff when needed understanding some staff they are interacting with may have limited technical expertise.

Willing to work hours needed to meet job requirements.

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Maintain a positive attitude and proactive approach to assignments.

Report to work on a timely basis.

Tabulate time worked and relevant benefit time in the ERP billing system and turn in hours worked report timely each week.SECTION IV: WORKING CONDITIONS AND TRAVELWork hours vary with each project.

Certain projects may require additional or extended work hours.

Employee may occasionally be contacted at home or after hours for issues/escalations.
