Acts as lead and oversees the activities of the provider database staff.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Oversees daily activities and provides feedback to manager on performance management, day-to-day training, guidance, and workflow within a state.
Oversees all aspects of provider load/audit, troubleshooting, and all aspects of the provider table.
Serves as a liaison between all functional areas to resolve provider enrollment issues and ensure uniform and consistent data and data flow.
Manages prioritizations and escalated issues to resolve provider database errors.
Facilitates and attends meetings as a market SME for production management, business partners and projects/implementations.
Creates, reviews, and revises desk level procedures for APDO production processes.
Reviews and researches claims issues and provider set up, nonworkable submissions and question logs to provide production support.
Qualifications
Requires a BA/BS degree in related field; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Qualifications
5-7 years provider data and project management experience.
