From education, healthcare, transportation and water facilities to sports, leisure, cultural arts and other public gathering venues, we deliver on the promise of protecting our clients’ interests as our own and building partnerships with the communities we serve.

Lead a Program Management team overseeing Construction Managers and General Contractors performing lead abatement at numerous NYCHA Developments.

Also oversee Special Inspections and Environmental.

Monitor, evaluate and comment on weekly and monthly field reports.

Report and follow up on Program Performance.

Must be able to mitigate issues, and provide solutions for improvement.

Responsible for partnering with clients, managing large teams, budgets, schedules and projects.

Assist in developing and enforcing SOPs.

Attend weekly stakeholder meetings.

Oversee project and program schedules.

Assist in the procurement and solicitation process with NYCHA.

Review and approve documents in e-Builder.

Minimum Requirements BA/BS 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education Program, project, design and construction management experience through all phases.

From pre-design activities establishing budgets, schedules and building teams, to design, bidding, construction and closeout.

Preferred Qualifications Program and Construction Management experience with major multi-faceted capital projects.

Experience with ground up and renovation work.

Experience working with large agencies, preferably in NY.

Working in a residential environment.

Environmental work, including abatement.
