* Designs, develops, and implements test plans and approaches for requirements verification
* Writes Test Procedure Automation scripts using the Test Complete tool and Python.
* You will support efforts in the design and delivery of ground systems to support spacecraft and spacecraft payloads. You will be responsible for performance analysis, interface development and test, design verification, test requirements analysis, and system integration and test planning and execution.
* Communicate intelligibly with the customer, IPT leads, and team members for test walk throughsWhat you need to bring:
* Top Secret Clearance required to start, SAP clearable
* 5 years of work experience with a STEM degree, 3 years with a Masters
* Experience in Formal Qualifying Campaigns and requirements verification
* Ability to solve complex problems and break them down to achievable solutions
* Comfortable scripter
* Communicates well and can work well with others
* Must be skilled in self-direction, self-starting, and self-motivated
* Qualities that are not required but rather helpful:
* SCI
* Experience in Test Automation
* Python, Linux, UML
* Test Complete
* Space Domain knowledge

Salary Range: $92,200 USD – $138,400 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
