Act as a first level of escalation after helpdesk.
Ensure that all trouble tickets opened are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Trouble ticket statuses updated in Fresh Desk at all times.< Br><Br> Add, delete and modify user accounts in all IS/IT systems.< Br><Br> Ensure all network documentation is complete and up-to-date at all times.< Br><Br> Conduct weekly, monthly,quarterly and annual audits.< Br><Br> Install new hardware including workstations, multifunction devices, check scanners and various other technology related items as needed.< Br><Br> Activate, update and maintain handheld devices (iPhones/Android).< Br><Br> Review backup logs and report issues to management.< Br><Br> Maintain an inventory ofall IT equipment.
Ensure Data Center is well organized at all times.< Br><Br> Assist in setting up video conferencing system for meetings.< Br><Br> Assist with other dutiesas requested.< Br><Br> Do you have what it takes?
