Lead Full Stack Developer

You’ll be working with technologies such as NodeJS, React, MongoDB, Jenkins, and NGINX, within a cutting-edge CI/CD pipeline and development process.

To thrive in this development career, you’ll need to be an expert Developer, with previous working experience with .NET, and experience or interest in learning modern Web UI Frameworks such as React.

You’ll need strong knowledge of at least one major Database (SQL Server, MongoDB, Oracle, or similar).

Each sprint cycle could have a heavy back-end focus, a heavy front-end focus, or a mix of both.

As a Lead Developer, you will work closely with your team to lead and guide projects to success.

You’ll have a hands-on role designing, developing, debugging, and deploying software solutions where you can leverage your coding expertise.

You’ll work on Performance Tuning of your applications.

You’ll help develop and extend the CI/CD process that you will use to deploy your applications to production.

You’ll help design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reporting systems.

And, most of all, you will deliver delightful apps to our clients.

You’ll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while choosing user stories to complete.

You will also participate in other agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos, where you will present your work to up to 90 stakeholders.Build teams that thrive.
