For this role, you must be a hands on java developer to handle OIM development activities. Should be able to take directions from the Lead and develop as per the requirements. You will leverage OIM to develop java custom activities, maintain entitlement and role catalogs, identify controls for segregation of duties, handle fixes to access not provisioned correctly. Primary Skills Java, OIM (Any Identity Management Software, preferably Oracle OIM) Job Responsibilities Responsible for administration of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Applies fundamental concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on technical assignments. Performs work that requires practical experience and training. Work is performed under supervision. Integrating or ldquoon-boardingrdquo applications using disparate authentication andor authorization services (i.e., Windows Active Directory, LDAP, internal DB, etc.). OIM enhancements activates as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelorrsquos Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems Security, Cybersecurity, or related field Minimum of 4 year working in the field of identity management Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Minimum of 1 yearsrsquo knowledge of Oracle Identity Manager Must be task oriented Skill Set 4+ years of Java experience – Strong 4+ years of OIM experience Excellent Communication Education Bachelorrsquos degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent.
