This includes a quantitative and qualitative analysis on how Marketing campaigns contribute to impact on client relationships, the sales pipeline and brand awareness/equity;* Making key recommendations on campaign effectiveness and influence on overall business goals;* Keeping up-to-date with Data Protection laws and industry best practice, trends and standards and understanding the nuances and implications of this on a cross-border basis;* Driving innovation around email and automated marketing and ensuring key information is shared globally and across our network of member firms;* Networking with marketers globally and around the network as appropriate to align programs and make sure there is a consistent message and go-to-market approach;* Creating and maintaining email and Cloud Page templates and auditing marketing sends if required to ensure they meet guidelines;* Developing new processes and ways of working with Marketing Cloud which can be adopted by the wider Global Marketing Organisation and marketing teams in territories and regions;* Sharing responsibilities for driving adherence to risk management protocols as they relate to the production and distribution of thought leadership, points of view, public relations, events, social marketing, etc; and,* Emailing marketing automation experience, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (please note, that if the successful candidate does not have Marketing Cloud certification currently, we would look to support investment in this training.)Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:* Demonstrating experience working with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Cloud Pages, Contact Builder, Content Builder and Analytics Builder -(working knowledge of AMPscript and SQL preferred);* Demonstrating ability to be agile in a dynamic market and organisation, adjusting programs on an as-needed basis;* Influencing leadership, explaining new marketing processes, deliverables and impact;* Demonstrating ability to confidently engage and share to drive collaboration, present new ideas, and maintain awareness of marketing activities across multiple teams and business areas;* Delivering projects to schedule and achieving desired results, in liaison with the wider business;* Demonstrating attention to detail and an analytical flair;* Leading self and the team to lead, improve marketing processes and solve problems;* Demonstrating experience in delivering technical training and upskilling programmes; and,* Understanding of relevant legislation and industry best practice.
