This solution is ready to scale with the Valet Market network as AR pioneers the development of Intelligent Quick Commerce right here in San Diego In this role you will be focused on developing software tools (for internal use) to visualize data in ways that will drive AR company decisions.
In our cashierless stores, customers check in on their app, shop and simply walk out, they receive a receipt to their mobile app.
This is possible because we track products and shoppers, which generates a lot of data.
We are looking for someone to work with all this data, building on our existing business and AI analytics tools.
Turning data into actionable information enables us to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, minimizing the carbon footprint of delivery and improving space utilization.
You will be working closely with engineers, scientists and retail operations, building solutions with the latest technologies in computer vision, sensors, AI and machine learning.
The world of quick commerce is exciting and rapidly evolving.
Creating the right tools to visualize and drive changes will be your responsibility.
Responsibilities: Build web-based software tools to visualize and create insights from many disparate sources of data in order to inform our internal technology development and drive company decisions.
Data types include telemetry, product information, shopping events and sensor input.
Work with technical and non-technical teams to create solutions for business and technical challenges Collaborate across teams to create monitoring and alert tools Strong focus on usability, user feedback and experience Passionate about product ownership and rigor in testing UI Create parameters and guidelines when faced with ambiguity, coordinating with multiple departments and contributors to determine ideal outcomes Required Skills & Experience: Technical Degree (BS) or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
2-4 years relevant industry experience as a web/front-end developer Comfortable using JavaScript, CSS and Python Development experience with React and/or Vue in strongly desired Experience with modern BI tools or charting Working knowledge of Linux or Mac operating systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and rigor in testing one’s code and others AR has an amazing team of positive, highly motivated team members and would love to have you consider joining our team We offer a generous benefits package: Hybrid work schedule
