“Testing 1-2-3” Your mic check responsibilities include applying business requirements, Testing knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of test automation suites to validate software application functionality.

You love performing hands on design, coding, enhancing and testing of software applications in order to meet business process requirements.

Critics and audiences are wowed by how you apply your Testing knowledge and technical expertise in the automation and quality engineering efforts of every delivery.

And of course, an in-depth understanding of testing, including theory and concepts are music to your ears.

The work:
• Supervise automation test teams to define test strategy, architect test automation best practices, design tests, create test cases and execute tests
• Act as a liaison between the development and testing teams
• Ensure that all testing teams are adhering to the test methodology
• Mentor junior testers to develop strong test automation scripts
• Draft reviews for team members
• Createimprove test automation methodology as needed
• Report metrics and make release recommendations to leadership Here’s what you need:
• Advanced hands-on experience with Automation software testing
• 2-year degree OR relevant technical experience One more thing, US Citizenship is required and no Dual Citizenship Bonus points if:
• Experience developing test automation scripts in Selenium and/or Cucumber
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
• Software development training or experience Important information An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of is experience, and specific office location.
