About You
We are looking to hire a cloud executive.
We love entrepreneurial spirit and those who bring experience from established organizations.
You will be responsible for building our cloud portfolio, building the GTM strategy for cloud ISVs for AppSmart.
You will recruit and lead a team of category sourcing manager and drive high performance in every aspect of their work.
You are an experienced cloud leader, able to design strategies, campaigns, processes, frameworks, dashboards and automation, with a passion for digital transformation.
What you’ll do and how you’ll have an impact
Develop a cloud portfolio strategy to ensure coverage and maximize adoption by advisors and end customers Build a team of cloud category sourcing manager Design, develop and implement best practice processes for onboarding providers for the AppSmart marketplace, as well as for syndication to Platform Services customers Drive requirements with product management and engineering team, to expand marketplace into self-service onboarding portal for cloud ISVs Design and develop strategies for expanding all categories of cloud providers Manage the sourcing of cloud providers, from recruitment to contracting and GTM execution In partnership with Digital Growth team, expand catalog of integration and importable cloud solutions Develop plans, programs and strategies for provider partners that contribute to achieving the company’s sales goals.
Manage provider partner expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
Define and manage segmentation programs and processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.
Design and produce dashboards and metrics reports on cloud ISV sourcing, including effectiveness and business impact
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in Information Technology and Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 5+ years managing highly motivated sales team Proven work experience in leading cloud sales and cloud provider/vendor management in a hyper-growth organization Successful experience building a provider segmentation strategy and provider program.
Successful experience selling technology solutions through channel sales partners.
Successful experience monitoring and evaluating provider activity and achieving performance expectations.
Successful experience sourcing and on-boarding provider partners.
