Position Description:
Under direction from and reporting to the Associate Vice Chancellor/Chief Compliance & Audit Officer, the Compliance Database Officer has lead responsibility for project managing, integrating, and with respect to some databases, developing, the University’s evolving case management systems. The role conducts business process mapping to functionally align different investigative platforms into a useful system that allows or trend analysis or to identify commons subjects. The Officer advises on the development of systems and methods to synthesize data from dissimilar systems and sources and develops institutional-level trending reports on areas of concern in compliance and misconduct areas to allow real time access to data for management decisions, particularly where synthesis of data is complicated by divergent business process and systems needs. Acts as an expert and leader on how to use data collected across the enterprise to develop dashboards to identify risk and develop solutions.
Special Instructions:
The budgeted hiring salary/target range for this position is the posted minimum to $10,834 monthly with salary placement based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
